Our products are handmade with care and designed to last, but we understand that occasional issues may arise. That’s why we offer a warranty covering issues such as buckles, snaps, or trigger snaps breaking, as well as rivets, D-rings, or O rings snapping.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by dogs, horses, or humans during everyday use. This includes finish wearing on hardware, marks left on biothane from hardware, color changes from sun exposure, or damage caused by biting, chewing, scratching, or dropping.

If your product experiences a covered issue, we’ll be happy to replace it. Please email us at thehoneystoneco@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

At The Honey Stone Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with your product, we do offer returns or exchanges.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that we must receive your item in its original condition before issuing a refund or processing an exchange. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the custom nature of our products, any personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with the workmanship.
