How do I use my Starter Kit?

Email us with your original order number and your pup’s updated neck measurement. We’ll send you a unique upgrade code.

Can I use this more than once?

The Starter kit is a one-time upgrade per order.

Do I have to send the old collar back?

Nope. Keep it, save it, or pass it along. I highly recommend donating to your local shelter

Does this apply to leashes?

At this time, the perk applies to puppy-sized collars only. A leash add on can be added for a discount.

My puppy put bite marks on the collar, can I return?

No, please understand that biothane is NOT bite proof, so please always advise when your pup is wearing the collar. It is the owners responsibility to ensure that the collar functions as usually with typical wear and tear.

🐾 A quick note on Biothane

Biothane is durable, waterproof, and easy to clean, making it great for puppies —

however, Biothane is not bite-proof. We recommend removing collars during unsupervised time or for puppies who are still learning what’s okay to chew.

Because puppies don’t stay little forever — but quality gear should last through the messiest part. 🤍
